This is a manual for using Consultant Desk.
To Assign Complaints to Respective Department (Ward)
-
Click on Activity Tab
Click on the "Comp Exams" option from the menu.

A window as shwon below will pop-up.
Select the Target which is comp ID of the computers assigned to the
department. (% refers to all the department).
Click on '+' button and then a window will pop-up.

Select the category from drop down list such as Neurology, Cardiology, etc as per required. A list of complaints to that category shall be displayed.

Select the check boxes of those complaints that is to be shown in the department.

Finally, click on the arrow to add the complaints and close windows.
To Assign Examinations to Respective Departments (Wards)

Click on Activity.
Click on Comp Exams.
Select Category from the drop down list :

Triage Examinations
Essential Examinations
Physician Examinations
Nursing Examinations
Discharge Examinations
Select the type of examination:
-
Qualitative - refers to the value in a short description to be added.
Quantitative - refers to the value as numbers to be added.
The selected item shall be shown on the right hand side.
Close all after the addition process has been completed.
Add custom examinatios for respective department.
To add different examinations in the cateforu of Delivery (Pre-Delivery; Post-Delivery; On Delivery and Baby Examination) and for Operation (Pre-Operative; Post-Operative; Operative and Anesthesia)

Select Dept Examination

Single Selection: This option is used to select between multiple choices.
Left and Right: This option is used to describe about the left or right body parts.
Multiple Selection: This option is used to slect more than one option
Date time: The input mode is used to give value in the date and timne format
To assign demographics to respective department (ward)

Click on Activity
Click on Demographics
The use of the different inpout mode are:

No Selection: This option is used to input a value.
Single Selection: This option is used to select between multiple choices.
Multiple Selection: This option is used to select mulitple option form given values.
Quantitative
Date Time: The input mode is used to give value in the date and time format.
To provide Clinical Acccess

Click on Activity
Select on Clinical Activity
Create a custom group for examinations

Click on Group
Select Exam grouping
Add diet packages
-
Click on Group
Select Diet Packages

Unspecified refers to the individual edible items
Mixture refers to the mixture fo unspecified individual items.
HMIS Report
-
Click on Patient Data
Select HMIS Report
NOTE: Report button in the top-right-side shows the detail in the form of HMIS report that is to be submitted to the Government of Nepal.
IP Events (Discharge, LAMA, Refer, Death, Absconder)

Click on Patient Data
Select IP Events

The date format is [month/date/year] in A.D.
02/18/2019 A.D. User can directly enter the date by clicking on the date and entering the date.
Here the user can enter the date in B.S. [year/month/date].

% refers to all as a whole.
Department refers to all the wards in the hospital.
Status refers to condition of the patient (Discharge, LAMA, Refer, Death, Absconder)
Gender refers to Male, Female and Other.
Age: Specify the value for the age from which data is to be viewed.
Export button refers to the data to view, print and open in excel format.
Visit Report

Click on Patient Data
Select Visit Report
Select the "From and To Date" which are the dates between which the report is to be viewed.
Select the option from the drop-down list as per required.

Last Status refers to the condition of the patient
Mode refers to the billing mode
Gender refers to Male, Female or Other
Regd Dept refers to the patient registered to the specific department
Comp ID refers to the department that the patient is registered to

Patient Transition from one department (ward) to another

Entry: The reports generates as the patient gets into the department

Consultation Report

Click on Service Data
Select Consultations

Consult refers to name of the consultant
View List of Procedures

Click on Service Data
Select Procedures

Procedure: Name of the operation
View Lists of Equipment Used:

Click on Service Data.
Select Equipment.

Start Date: Includes the starting of the equipment.
Stop Date: Includes the stopping of the equipment.
Prescription

Click on Service Data
Select Prescription (Drug Report form is opened).

Route: It refers to the way the medicine is taken i.e. oral for tablets, liquid for syrup and suspension, injection, eye/ear, resp for respiratory, anal/vaginal
Freq: It refers to the medicine frequency given to the patient.
Gender refers to Male, Female and Other
Unit Dose: It refers to dosing of the medicine such as ‘100’ ‘mg’ medicine of paracetamol
Age: Specify the value for the age from which data is to be viewed.
Confinement Report

Click on Service Data
Select confinement.

Del Type: It refers to the type of delivery.
Complic: It refers to the complications during the delivery.
Result: It refers to the baby born.
District: It refers to the location of the patient.
Age: Specify the value for the age from which data is to be viewed.
Weight: Specify the value for the weight in gram from which data is to be viewed.
